Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Efiling Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide reliable and efficient service in delivering USB tokens for Digital Signature Certificates (DSC). Our operations adhere to strict verification protocols to ensure authenticity and accuracy of all transactions.

Payment Process: We process payments only after thorough verification and validation of your documents and credentials. This ensures that all customer details are accurate and in compliance with legal requirements before processing the purchase of DSC and USB tokens.

No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. As the issuance of DSC involves multiple verification steps, and the product is customized and bound to the applicant, it cannot be reused or reassigned once issued. This process guarantees the security and integrity of the digital certificate, which is critical for its intended use in legal and regulatory frameworks.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations are not permitted after the payment is completed and the DSC issuance process has begun. Since the DSC involves cryptographic certification bound to the applicant, any cancellation would render the certificate unusable.

Exceptions: In rare cases, such as technical errors in the issuance of DSC or issues caused by factors outside the customer’s control, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your order. Our team will investigate and provide appropriate resolutions.
